WGM sold the 1st 970 model in European market, 970PF-8 with PQS-D (I+C+R) / LED-UV system for an Italian customer as we introduced it in our hot news in April 2021, and they continuously sold a few more 970 models for other Italian customers in these few months. We would like to introduce their wonderful sales results of the 970 model and their sales activities through this hot news, to all of you.

1) 970PF-5 (1 printing unit + PF + 4 printing units) with LED-UV system

WGM sold this press to Cappelli Grafiche srl, and this press will be shipped from Japan in Feb. 2022.

This printing house is a family business from the year 1850 and has been handed down from generation to generation.

The generational evolution is followed by the structural and technological evolution, bringing over the years an increase in working spaces and the purchase of cutting-edge machinery, while always maintaining the value of family management as a firm point of the company: a value that it manifests itself in terms of flexibility and quality of services to be offered to customers.

They decided to replace a Man-Roland 704P with Precedente the RMGT 970 because of the vertical wider paper size, the simultaneous plate change, monitor with 55-inch and cameras, advanced software for fast start-up etc. In the photo, Mr. Marco Cappelli and Mr. Matteo Cappelli, Owners of Cappelli Grafiche srl with our sales agent for Tuscany Mr. Giovanni Cappelli (same surname but not related to them).

Gratiche Raroncini has heen a satistied ristomer of the Mitsubishi brand for over 10 years, first with the 3H-5 and then with the V3000 equipped with simultaneous plate changer. They decided to buy a machine equipped with automatic perfector, LED UV dryers, and all the automatizations to speed up start-ups, to be the top printer in the Emilla area Bigger, Faster, Better is like the "Ferrari" of the printing machines!

WGM has seen that most of the customers prefer for a personal visit, only distant customers ask for videoconferences but with poor results. The sales obtained are the result of years of collaborations with customers who trust WGM and buy machines even without seeing them. WGM strongly believes in personal relationships and for this reason WGM has the esteem and trust of their sales staff and customers. Aaverisement Mr. Alberto Rui, is marketing manager and is very active in social media and in relations with the press with periodic and continuous releases. For this work he spends many hours a day.

Tele marketing

WGM used this tool with some customers. Their customers preferred to invest in an event called OPEN WECK organized at their neadquarters witn some partners that allowed them to create visibility. WGM has carried out telemarketing activities in the past but customers who are interested in printing machines want to talk to those who know the product, not to guys who call without getting answers. Offset printing machines are expensive capital goods and for this reason it is difficult for a customer willing to invest hundreds of thousands of euros, to pay attention to sellers who do not know and do not have excellent reterences.

WGM sales tools

WGM asks for a meeting with the customer for a demonstration with existing customers and for this fundamental role the Digitalprint, Samorani, Kraler, RDM group (those customers purchased MGT 920 model in the past) are playing, who are always available to show the machines and provide their experiences with the WGM. The Italian printer wants to "touch" the machine he may purchase.
